Order Processing

  • All VOIDCLUB products are made to order.

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment or order confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timelines

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and local conditions.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery across India.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • From time to time, VOIDCLUB may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes within India.

  • COD availability will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • An additional COD handling fee may apply and will be clearly mentioned at checkout, if applicable.

  • VOIDCLUB reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders based on order value, delivery location, or previous order history.

Please ensure availability to receive the order at the delivery address. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

Delivery Locations

  • VOIDCLUB currently ships within India only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • VOIDCLUB is not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If an order is returned due to a failed delivery attempt or refusal to accept a COD order, additional reshipping charges may apply.
